Our Accommodation for the Academic Year consists of 39 weeks.
Breakdown: Sept. - Jan. 22 weeks. Feb - June(1st week) 17weeks.

Each apartment has its own kitchenette, living room and main bathroom. We try to keep students of the same year together and provide the type of room they request however we do not guarantee this.

In relation to Ashdown Student Village accommodation:
There are 45 no. four bedroom apartments and 15 no. two bedroom apartments in Ashdown Student Village. In the 45 no. four bedroom apartments there are three single rooms which share a main bathroom and one ensuite room (the twin as a single ensuite), there are no ensuites in the two bedroom apartments only twin as single rooms. Please note if you choose to be in a twin room sharing the room and this is not available you will be allocated a single room.

In relation to Clontarf Hall:
There are 16 no. apartments, 13 no. 2 bedroom apartments (1 single room & 1 ensuite room) and 3 no. 3 bedroom apartments (2 single rooms & 1 ensuite room).

In relation to Alphonsus Court:
There are 11 no. apartments, 2 no. 4 bedroom apartments (3 single rooms & 1 ensuite room), 8 no. 2 bedroom apartments (1 single room & 1 ensuite room or a twin room rented as a single) and 1 one bedroom apartment.

Ashdown Student Village is right beside Mary Immaculate College, Alphonsus Court and Clontarf Hall are a ten minute walk from Mary I, they are located on the city side of Mary I.

Ashdown Student Village will be taking bookings from existing students, siblings of existing students & people who wish to live with existing students up until the 18th of February 2013. From the 18th of February 2013 onwards we will be accepting applications from all students.

We only accept a €300 deposit once a room can be guaranteed. €150 of the deposit will be refunded if the place is cancelled within three working days of the first round offers being issued.

Please note using our internet provider is not compulsory however if you do wish to go with the provider there is an additional charge of €80 per year, a cable is attached from the laptop to a port in the students bedroom to obtain the internet connection.
